Revocation of Tuti Khanum's property transfer, 1918
Karbalayi ‘Abd al-‘Ali, the son of Mirza Masih, claims, on behalf of his mother, Tuti Khanum, the daughter of Karbalayi Allahvirdi, that Tuti Khanum has not received the 6 sheep she had been promised in exchange for the transfer of her maternal and paternal inheritance to ‘Ali Miran [?], the son of Karbalayi ‘Abd Allah, and Asad Allah, the son of Karbalayi Fath Allah. ‘Ali Miran [?] has also admitted that they have only given her two sheep, as a result of which, the transfer has been revoked.

Letter requesting confirmation of Mirza ʻAli Khan Mustawfi Bashi's transfer of all his belongings and properties to his wife before he had passed away. The writer emphasizes that Mirza ʻAli Khan had included all buildings, animals, and household furnishings in this tranfer; that the rest of his inheritors have no claim on these properties; any such claim on their part is not valid. It requests that the addressee confirm the truth of this statement in case there is need for it; dated September 1896.

Sayyid Ni‘mat Allah, son of Sayyid Isma‘il, known as Shah Kuchak, gives power of attorney to Mirza Muhammad, the son of Mirza Muhammad Sadiq, to divorce his wife, Shah Bibi, the daughter of Sayyid Mahdi Shah Ni‘mat Allah, on his behalf after addressing issues regarding the mahr and the settlement of household goods and animals that his wife had taken.

Testimony of neighbors on the ownership of seven donkeys
Testimony of residents of [illegible] neighborhood and anyone who has knowledge on the matter; they declare that the seven donkeys belong to Vazir [the Minister?], Sulayman Bayg, and Tahmasb Bayg, not to Muhammad Karim Bayg, who had possession of the donkeys for the last forty days. The testimony also regards the ownership of two cows, which belong to the mother of ‘Abd al-Rasul and his sister. Fourteen people have signed the testimony.

The document reads, in part: "It is stated that Khanum Buzurg, the daughter of the deceased Muhammad ʻAli Khan [from] Dawdangah and the wife of Sayyid Muhammad (son of the deceased Sayyid Jaʻfar Razavi), has passed away.
